Great afternoon with friends and amazing food to top it off. When you feel full though and the kids have had their sugar fix, things just seem to get louder and louder! Great to see them having a good time, can’t moan about that.

There was not much motivation to leave the house today. Rather than moping around I though I’d try out some watercolour painting. What I learned from this is that trying too hard to be ‘perfect’ doesn’t always work. I really enjoyed making this.

Between both kids we’ve built 5 Lego sets, watched endless films and coloured plenty of cactus drawings for the window display. Don’’t know why put over the last month I’ve become a massive fan of cacti.
