Bare trees and dying leaves. In the rain they just seem to stick out with a softness that you just can’t get with strong sunlight.

It grows literally anywhere it likes, I’ve even seen fern push through tarmac. I do love the smell of fern, takes me back to playing on the common when I was younger.
