Some beautiful colours on the horizon all around the island this morning. I stopped in the car park to admire it and noticed the red rocks were catching and amplifying a deep glow.

In memory of Judith Kerr, author of one my favourite childhood books ‘Mog’ and sadly my mum and dad’s fourth cat Bubbles who went to cat heaven last night. Ironically Mogs final story sees him also pass away.

Stunning light down on Port Soif this afternoon. Bitterly cold wind and sand blasting up the dunes didn’t make it easy but persistence eventually paid off.
