Took myself for a nice Sunday sunrise stroll down the the Pine Forest. To say it’s nearly mid September, it felt like mid summer.

Made myself a new friend in the form of a dog. His owner was calling from a long way off and he just followed me for ages until I turned back and reunited him.

Right up there with with one of my favourite spots to just sit on the cliffs and just stare out to sea. What made this stand out for me was the sunlight rolling over the beach and the cliffs face as the clouds drifted across.
Everything is looking so green, I love it!

Snow in the morning, roasting on the cliffs by afternoon. I did start off with full winter gear but when you get going on the cliffs, the body pumps out some serious heat. The colour of the sea was amazing under the blue skies but the reality on the arctic wind made it short lived later on.

Before the luscious green comes the miles and miles of stunning Blackthorn flowers. If you haven’t been for a wonder around the cliffs recently, now really is the time to do it. It’s amazing to see so much white blossom.

Making the most of this unbelievably hot weather with a cruise above Moulin Huet. 28°C isn’t too bad for mid September. The midday sun is getting quite low now so shooting bright sunny days is hit and miss.

Up north towards Fort Le Marchant. Slight breeze but otherwise perfect summer evening.

Hitting the coastal trails this morning, winding down to the seas below. An alternative route down to the Pine Forest from Marble Bay end.
29.03.19
Quick stroll around the woodland walk above Talbot Valley before work. Another week or so and the bluebells should be in full bloom and completely transform this area.

As November approaches, you can’t deny that we’ve had an unbelievably good year with the weather. I remember the first warm breeze back in April lasting pretty much all the way until this week. Thermals are waiting on standby!
