The 5th day of non stop rain and it’s getting harder and harder to find inspiration. I don’t really want to push the weather sealing on the camera too much more!
However, the misty rain rolled in and there was only on place I could think of to make the best out of a pretty crap day. Think this is the third version this year, it’s just up a path from Saints Bay road. It reminds me of the creature form Stranger Things.

Part 4 of Bluebell Woods through the seasons. Nothing much really happens here in the Summer. The canopy is so dense hardly any light gets through. As the air heated the moisure started to evaporate, intensifying the short burst of light through the trees. I had to wait an hour for the sun to come out this morning!

The time felt right to put myself in front of the camera for a change (something I actually hate doing). I’ve needed a profile picture for my website year nearly 5 years so here’s take 1. It’s actually really difficult to get a decent back-lit shot on your own!

The coastal woodlands almost completely stripped bare with a few leaves hanging on. One of those scenes where the fog adds atmosphere to give an eerie autumn mood.

Some playful rabbits seem to have made themselves a home within an old grave. Counted six rabbits in total along with a longer haired black rabbit.
