Another grab shot on the way back home this morning. This is the best it got before the rain took over for the day!

The most south easterly point of the island, St Martins Point. A few hundred steps down to an amazing place, watching the fishing boats chugging past and the mesmerising currents flowing through.

A trek I’ve become very familiar with over the year, one that gets easier every time you walk it. The rewards on a calm summer morning are more than worth it. Probably spent just over an hour sat down here, occasionally checking the camera.

As if being Friday wasn’t good enough, starting off the day with scenes like this just make life so much better.

I really had to push myself to trek all the way down to the Pine Forest this morning but so glad I did. Tried finding an alternative composition ten minutes around the coast towards St Martins Point but fell back on trying to improve on my last attempt of this group of pine trees.

One of those little pleasures in life, always rewarding no matter what time of year you go.

The temperature hit 21°C at 05:00 this morning. It genuinely felt like being on a hot holiday somewhere far south. Needless to say it was a great hike down but going up in jeans and a hoodie was testing the mind.

Forget all the shit going on at the moment, this is the way I will remember Easter 2020! Full on sunshine for days.

The bay with no name, below the Pine Forest, next to Marble Bay. Felt a bit fresh on the old noggin out there!

A small working harbour tucked away on the east coast.

Overlooking Fermain Bay glowing in the morning sunshine. The cliff path are looking stunning at the moment and the views are not too bad either!

The Pine Forest has always been an inspiring place for me, a little getaway from the 9 to 5. With the sun rising lower and lower each day the golden orange lasts for a little bit longer giving more chances to line up a shot to get the best image I can.
